Account Deletion Request

Elite Cleaning ("we", "us", or "our") offers an in-app way to permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it.

Option 1: Delete your account from within the app (recommended)

Open the Elite Cleaning app on your device.
Go to Profile / Account Settings (the "Account" or "Profile" tab).
Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.
Your account and associated personal data will be deleted automatically within a maximum of 3 days.

This is the fastest way to delete your account and it does not require contacting us.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot delete your account from within the app, send an email request to support@elitecleanps.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the email address or phone number registered to your account. We will process your request within a reasonable time, and in no event longer than the timeframe required by applicable law.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is removed:

Your profile information (name, email address, phone number, profile photo).
Saved delivery/pickup addresses.
Order history associated with your account.
Push notification token and device identifiers used to deliver notifications.

What data may be retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

Financial / transaction records that we are legally required to retain (for example, for tax or accounting obligations).
Data needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with regulatory requests.

Retained data is not used for marketing and is protected with appropriate security measures.
